Our Design Process
First we listen to your brand and the purpose of the event; then we present concept proposals with moodboards and 3D layout visuals. The approved theme is applied consistently to every touchpoint — invitation, welcome area, table setup, floral arrangements, lighting scenario and stage décor. Your corporate colors and logo are not an ornament of the décor but the starting point of the design.
For Which Events Do We Do Concept Design?
Thematic stage and table design at gala dinners and award ceremonies; installations reflecting the product's world at launches; brand experience areas at dealer meetings; period, color or movie-themed décor setups at year-end parties are the formats we work on most. For outdoor events, tent, furniture and landscape arrangement also fall within design scope.
Implementation and Setup
Design doesn't stay on paper: with our production network of carpenters, florists, printing and lighting suppliers, we produce the décor in the workshop, set it up at the venue before the event and manage the entire operation including dismantling afterward. Thus the concept is brought to the stage exactly as you saw it in the presentation.
